We not only deliver fall prevention systems, restraint systems and personal protective equipment, but also tailor-made system concepts including installation. Close collaboration with leading international suppliers of safety technology supplements our own manufacturing capacities and guarantees adherence to delivery dates. This holds true whether batches, series or individual products have to be manufactured in an extremely short time.

What began nearly 100 years ago with bitumen pump cookers to meet the needs of roofers is nowadays a comprehensive range of specialised machinery and devices for flat roof construction, roof renovations and the construction sector. Roofing and roof renovation devices, propane welding units, dry burners, soldering torches, compressed air tools or roof spraying equipment: we deliver state-of-the-art technology that‘s practical and user-friendly, manufactured to be high-quality and efficient, allowing craftsmen to work quickly and reliably at all times.

Road construction from a single source

With their expertise in and experience acquired from a variety of different sectors of the construction industry, cross-sector synergy effects and close collaboration with both renowned manufacturers of road construction materials and customers, GRÜN GmbH develops future-oriented, high-quality machinery for road construction and maintenance. Alongside devices to pre-treat cracks and joints, cutters for producing joints and milling cracks, bitumen transport vehicles and spraying devices, mastic asphalt and casting technologies are a particular focus point. GRÜN develops and manufactures innovative machinery to produce, recycle and transport mastic asphalt with vessel sizes from 200 to 10,000 litres and casting compound cookers with capacities ranging from 50 to 800 litres.

Process automation for industry

GRÜN GmbH is tasked with developing and practically implementing the technical expertise and electrical control and process regulators necessary for road construction and road marking machinery. Both tried-and-tested and stateof-the-art technologies are continually tested and implemented in the systems. There is always a machine – optimised for efficient work processes – available to the customer thanks to GRÜN GmbH‘s technical expertise and experience in mobile and stationary process automation.
From the customer‘s original idea to the finished system, GRÜN covers everything that goes handinhand with modern systems engineering. Consultation, planning, documentation, systems engineering, software development and commissioning are all provided for the applications from a single source. Meanwhile, customer service, maintenance, repairs and training (if necessary) naturally all form part of the service that GRÜN GmbH delivers.
